TurboNet Removal Instructions
1. Click on Start button
2. Click on all Programs
3. Locate TurboNet
4. Select uninstall TurboNet
5. 
- Choose un-install and then click next.

- Choose yes I want to restart my computer , then click ok.

- When the computer comes back on, click on the start button then click run

- Type cmd in the white box and then click on ok.

- A Black box will appear on the screen

- Type in WITHOUT THE QUOTES “netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt” and hit enter.
- Click the “X” in the top right corner to get out of the window.
- Click Start,
- and then choose Shutdown/Turnoff ,
- and then select Restart

Now use this guide to perform a reinstalling of TCP/IP protocol in Vista:
- Click on Start button.
- Type cmd in the Start Search text box.
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow elevation request.
- Type netsh int ip reset in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.
- Restart the computer.

1. In internet explorer,
2. Click tools
3. Click internet options
4. Click the Connections tab
5. Click on the button labeled Settings
6. Make sure Use a proxy server for this connection is unchecked.
7. Click OK
8. Reboot the computer and try Internet Explorer without TurboNet
Firefox users:
1. Bring up Mozilla Firefox
2. Click on tools, then options
3. Click on advanced, then Network
4. Click on settings
5. "Direct connection to the internet" should be selected

SOLUTION #2
1. Delete the dial up connection.
2. Un-Install TurboNet
3. Remake dialer.
a. This will bypass any tcp/ip reset stack and will prevent 720 errors, and is quicker.
